Group Guest Service Manager - Merivale



Over the last 15 years, Julie had built a specialised career in and around the hospitality industry with particular success in the areas of event logistics, business development and catering sales and marketing.

With a meticulous understanding of event venues, catering operations and event logistics, Julie is responsible for the Merivale group’s central restaurant reservation’s call centre, no mean feat considering the group has more than 30 dining and event venues. Prior to joining Merivale, Julie built a substantial reputation under the Doltone House Group where she managed the growth of the sales and events teams.

Julie occasionally sits on the College of Event Management industry judging panel around Major Project pitch time giving graduates invaluable industry tips and guidance.
